The present application has been moved by petitioners, whereby, they seek early hearing of the main petition which is fixed for 27.08.2025.

Learned counsel for respondents also appears on advance notice. 3.
With the consent of both the parties, the matter has been taken up today itself.

The petitioners in the present petition have taken exception to order dated 09.11.2020 whereby their request to be impleaded in the ongoing suit has been declined.

After hearing arguments for some time, Sh. Dalal, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, without prejudice to their rights CM(M) 739/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and contentions, they do not press the present petition and as observed in the impugned order, they would rather file separate suit in their own substantive capacity seeking appropriate relief. He also submits that once the abovesaid suit is filed by petitioners herein, they would also seek whether such proposed suit and the ongoing suit can be clubbed together.

Be that as it may, in view of the abovesaid statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 7.
It is up to the petitioners to make appropriate request with respect to the clubbing of the cases as and when the suit is filed. It is, however, clarified that this Court, at the moment, has not made any observation in respect thereto.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 9.
