The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 30.11.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (the learned Tribunal) in O.A. No. 2596/2021. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, the petitioners would be satisfied, if they are granted further 12 weeks' time to implement the impugned order.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, has no objection to this limited request.
