On the last date of hearing, i.e., on 27.02.2024, learned counsel for the applicant had requested to discharge him from appearing on behalf of the latter.

Nominal roll dated 04.03.2024 has been received from the concerned Jail Superintendent, which reflects that the applicant has not surrendered. 5.
