O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition being aggrieved by a wall being constructed beside the petitioner's residence. It is stated that the wall has been constructed up to a height of 50 feet. The petitioner's grievance is that the said wall has blocked the passage to the petitioner's premises. It has also effectively obstructed the windows of the petitioner's residential premises.

It is claimed by the petitioner that the said construction is illegal and without any approval from South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC). 3.

Mr Sanjeev Sabharwal, learned counsel appearing for SDMC states that an inspection of the said wall will be carried out, and if it is found that the same has been raised without authorization, necessary steps shall be taken in accordance with law.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

SDMC shall inspect the premises and take such action as warranted in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.

All the applications are also disposed of.
