The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner essentially seeking direction to the police authorities to take action on her complaint dated 07.02.2025.

It is the case of the petitioner that huge amount of money has been illegally withdrawn from his husband's account. The petitioner alleges that the erstwhile employer of her husband had also misappropriated the amount which the petitioner's husband was eligible for under Employees' State Insurance by opening an account in her husband's name. The petitioner further alleges that many more employees were also fraudulently cheated. 5.

to the SHO, Police Station Kishangarh and SHO, Police Station Karala, however, no action was taken.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that no formal complaint was ever given to the concerned police station.

He submits that the present complaint annexed with the petition would be treated as a formal complaint and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law. 8.

In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in the petition at this stage.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
