Counsel for the official liquidator of the judgment debtorcompany (which is under liquidation), states that the decree holder has not approached the Company Court till date for obtaining permission to continue with this execution petition of the year 2007. 2.

It is also stated that the decree holder can always file its claim before the Official Liquidator.

This execution petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the decree holder to revive the same, if anything survives with respect to the execution petition.
