After hearing arguments for some time, petitioner in person states that without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he does not wish to press the present petition any further.

He, however, seeks liberty to move immediate application before the learned Trial Court seeking unsupervised visitation. 3.

It is stated that as per the earlier order passed by the learned Trial Court the visitation rights have been given on every first Saturday, third Saturday and fourth Saturday but on certain Saturdays, either the daughter of the parties was not brought or she was made to do homework during the visitation hours. Same has been however, denied by the learned counsel for respondent. 4.

Be that as it may, in view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed while reserving all the rights and contentions of the parties.

The petitioner is also given liberty to approach the learned Trial Court immediately for the purposes of seeking unsupervised visitation. 6.

Learned Trial Court after hearing both the sides would dispose of any such application in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
