The petition has been filed by the petitioner within the following prayers:- "a. Issue a writ of Mandamus to Respondent No. 2 directing to revive the Offer of Appointment dated 23.08.2023 issued by the concerned authority of Respondent No.2, to the Petitioner for joining formal appointment/ Training, based on exceptional circumstances of the Petitioner's mother;

Allow any other relief(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit;"
