O R D E R

% 14.10.2019 Quashing of FIR No.363/2013, under Sections 308/341/506/34 IPC, registered at police station Geeta Colony, Delhi is sought on the basis of Settlement Deed of 4th July, 2019.

Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondentState submits that petitioners and respondent No.2/ complainant are present in the Court and they have been duly identified on the basis of identity proof furnished by them.

Respondent No.2/ complainant, present in the Court, submits that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved vide aforesaid Settlement Deed of 4th July, 2019 and the terms thereof have been fully Crl.M.C.3249/2019

acted upon that now, no grievance against petitioners survives and so, the proceedings arising out of FIR in question be brought to an end. In the facts and circumstances of this case and in view of aforesaid Settlement Deed of 4th July, 2019, I find that continuance of proceedings arising out of the FIR in question would be an exercise in futility. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and FIR No.363/2013, under Sections 308/341/506/34 IPC, registered at police station Geeta Colony, Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua petitioners.

This petition is accordingly disposed of.
