Learned counsel for the Decree Holder states on instructions from the authorized representative of the Decree Holder i.e., Mr. Vijay Bansal that the Decree Holder has entered into two (2) separate settlement agreements with Judgement Debtor Nos. 1(c) and 1(d) respectively. 1.1. He states that Decree Holder has received a sum of Rs. 28.45 lakhs approximately by way of RTGS on 09.09.2024 from Judgement Debtor No. 1(d).

1.2. He states he has received from Judgement Debtor No. 1(c) a demand draft bearing no. 608034 dated 25.09.2024 during the course of the day. 1.3. He states that he will place on record the duly executed settlement The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

1.4. He states that the Decree Holder has already received amounts from Judgment Debtor Nos. 1(a), (b) and (e) as is recorded in the previous orders. 1.5. He states that with the receipt of the amounts from Judgement Debtor Nos. 1(a) to 1(e), the Decree dated 20.12.2018 passed against late Sh. Karan Singh in CS(COMM) 407/2016 stands satisfied.

1.6. He states accordingly, the present petition may be disposed of recording the aforesaid satisfaction and the interim order dated 29.07.2022 may be vacated.

Learned counsel for Judgement Debtor No. 1(c) is present in Court along with Judgement Debtor No. 1(c) and he confirms handing over of the demand draft bearing no. 608034 dated 25.09.2024 to the plaintiff. He tenders apology on behalf of the said Judgment Debtor on the previous dates.

Learned counsel for the Judgement Debtor No. 1(d) as well confirms transferring an amount of Rs. 28.45 lakhs approximately to the Decree Holder by way of RTGS on 09.09.2024.

In view of the aforenoted facts, the execution petition is disposed of recording that the decree dated 20.12.2018 stands satisfied. 5.

Interim order dated 29.07.2022 is hereby vacated. 6.

Learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that the Decree Holder will duly inform to the Tehsildar/SDM with respect to the satisfaction of the decree and withdraw their objections filed before the Tehsildar. The said statement is taken on record and the Decree Holder is bound down to the same.

The Tehsildar/SDM shall take note that there is no stay order operating in these proceedings and the Judgment Debtors are at liberty to deal with their immovable property.
