This is a joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to dispose of the present petition in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The application bears the signatures of the parties as well as their respective counsel. The application is also supported by affidavits of the petitioner and the respondents.

The Settlement Agreement dated 28th May, 2025, (hereinafter "Settlement Agreement") which bears the signatures of all the parties, has TEST.CAS. 67/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. been placed on record.

The parties, except respondent no.3 who is present through video conferencing, are also present in Court physically and confirm the contents of the Settlement Agreement as well as their signatures thereon. 5.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 7.

The present petition along with all pending application(s) is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement arrived at between the parties.
