Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 7000/2024 & CM APPL. 29130/2024 1.

Present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction to the Respondent No. 1 to award the following contracts to the Petitioner on the ground that it is the successful L1 bidder floated by the Respondent No. for procurement of manpower services:

(a) tender bearing no.

GeM/B/2023/3914070 dated 13th September, 2023; (b) tender bearing no. GeM/B/2023/3915041 dated 13th September, 2023; and (c) tender bearing no. GeM/B/2023/3914324 dated 16th September, 2023. The Petitioner further seeks issuance of directions to the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to not cancel the aforesaid tenders.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner was declared as the L1 bidder for the aforesaid tenders on 13th December, 2023, 14th December, 2023 and 5th January, 2024 respectively. He, however, states that the Respondent No. 1 has not awarded the aforesaid tenders to the Petitioner yet.

He states that despite having written letters to various authorities including Respondent No. 1, the Petitioner has not yet received any response to his representations. He emphasizes that more than six months have elapsed since the Petitioner was declared as L1 bidder. 4.

Issue notice. Mr. Vikrant N. Goyal, Advocate accepts notice. 5.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, this Court directs that the present writ petition be treated as a representation to the Additional Secretary Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Union of India, who is directed to decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within four weeks. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. 6.

With the aforesaid direction, the present petition and the application stand disposed of.
