This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 7298/2019 & CM APPL. 30328-29/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents that the petitioner be placed/promoted in Group C upto 11.03.1973 and in Group B w.e.f. 12.03.1973 to 12.06.1973 and from Group A w.e.f. 13.06.1973 till retirement and to give all retrial and pensionary benefits with all consequential benefits with 18% till realisation. It is not in dispute that the petitioner was retired on 31.07.1993 and the petitioner had not raised this issue while in service or even after the retirement.

26 years are over now, therefore, the present petition is hit by delay and latches.

Accordingly, I find no ground to pass any order in the present petition and the same is dismissed.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
