% 29.07.2024 The solitary grievance raised in this petition pertains to a claim for refund which is payable in terms of an order of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal ["Tribunal"] dated 17 March 2023. We are today informed by Mr. Panda, learned counsel, on instructions that an Appeal Effect Order has already been passed and that the process for computing and releasing refund along with statutory interest shall be completed within a period of four weeks from today. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
