By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks directions for registration of the FIR and subsequently, seeks directions to the police to investigate the complaints given by the respondents. 2.

Pertinently, there are cross complaints given by both sides. The petitioner's grievance is that while on the complaint of the other party, an FIR came to be registered, his complaint was not registered. 3.

Learned ASC for the State, on instructions, submits that the complaint filed by the petitioner was enquired into and now, the FIR has been registered.

In view of the above and considering the fact that no complaints are pending, the petition is disposed of alongwith the pending applications. 5.

Needless to state that the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
