It is submitted by the learned counsel for UPSC that there was a dispute between the respondent and his employer department. The respondent seems to have been retired in the year 2010. 4.
The Court on 09.07.2019 stayed the impugned direction. The respondent seems to have lost the interest in getting the information. The petition is therefore, closed. The interim order is made absolute. 5.
