Allow the present application and kindly Quash the FIR No. 35/2024 under Section 468 of IPC lodged against the Petitioner at P.S. Chandani Mahal and/or subsequent proceedings if any arising therefrom. B. Pass any other order that this court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favor of the Petitioner." 2.
