By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks directions to labour court to entertain the complaint and refer the disputes. 2.

The petitioner, who is present in person, submits that he is not aware about the status of his complaint.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2, who has joined the proceedings through V.C., submits that the Labour Commissioner has already referred the dispute which has been registered as LIR-1299/2023. It is pending in the court of Ms.Rekha, Presiding Officer Labour Court - 07, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi and the next date of hearing is 19.08.2025. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
