This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking following reliefs:

"Respondent No. 1 to launch investigation/ inquiry by appropriate authority like CBI, to dig out the elements of corrupt practices done I adopted by the respondents No. 2 and 4 to 6 in collusion, abetment and conspiracy with I among respondents No. 7 to 10 consequently direct the respondents No. 2 to 10 not to interfere in the matters of the Federation and its affiliated associations, and to follow the law by implementing the aforementioned orders of Hon'ble courts scrupulously and pass orders or any other reliefs in the facts and circumstance of the case and in the interests of justice." 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy available in law, both civil and criminal.
