The petitioner has filed the present petition praying for an anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.

11/2017 lodged under Sections 498A/406/34/354/506 of the IPC, Police Station Prashant Vihar. 2.

The perusal of the FIR indicates that the complainant made allegations regarding demand of dowry and also of violent behaviour on part of the petitioner.

Mr Srivastava, learned APP also states that stridhan items have not been returned to the complainant, as yet.

Mr Srivastava also states that the inventory of certain jewellery in the bank locker has been made and it includes some of the pieces of jewellery that are included in the list provided by the complainant.

Keeping the aforesaid facts in mind, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayers made in the present petition. 6.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The pending application is also dismissed.
