Petitioner is defendant before the learned Trial Court and is aggrieved by order dated 01.04.2024 whereby learned Trial Court had merely permitted the replication to be taken on record.

It has now been informed that suit in question has already been decreed and, therefore, present petition has, virtually, become infructuous. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner (defendant before the learned Trial Court) submits that in view of the aforesaid subsequent development, petitioner is, no longer, interested in pursuing its present petition and reserves its right to challenge the decree.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.
