% 22.05.2024 Mr. Harsh Vardhan Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the court that the parties have settled their inter-se disputes through mediation under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

Settlement Agreement dated 09.05.2024 has been received from the learned Mediator. A copy of the same has also been placed on record. Mr. Sharma seeks leave to withdraw the present petition in terms of the settlement agreement.

The petition is disposed-of as withdrawn in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.05.2024.
