% 26.10.2016 Learned Senior Counsel for the respondent no. 3 submits that remedy of revision is available to the petitioners against the impugned order. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Judge by filing a revision petition under Section 397 Cr.P.C.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. In case revision petition is filed within ten days from today, the

same shall be entertained by the Sessions Judge without going into the question of limitation.
