% 06.11.2025 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 16.10.2025 for issuance of Letters of Administration to the petitioner subject to furnishing the bond as well as the Court Fee. As per office note, affidavit of Luv Nagpal (attesting witness) has been E-filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Valuation report in respect of Property bearing No 4838 & 4841/A, Ward No-XI, Plot No-22 Situated at 24, Ansari Road, Darya Ganj, New Delhi-110002 is Rs. 22,52,16,000/- shown as Category 'A' whereas as per the adjoining properties the same should fall in Category 'D'. Subject to filing of relevant details and documents of all the properties sought to be furnished as security in the present matter, let notice be issued to the Sub-Registrar as well as to the concerned SDM to submit report with regard to ownership, possession, valuation and any encumbrance with respect to the properties sought to be furnished as security.
