The present bail application is filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 220/2023 dated 21.04.2023, registered at Police Station Raj Park, for offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim/ complainant in the present case has not identified the applicant and the only other eye-witness is Head Constable Vikas Kumar.

by the applicant on an earlier occasion was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 09.02.2024, since it was stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State that the trial has almost come to an end. 4.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is fixed for defence evidence and it will take another two to three months for the trial to conclude.

Be that as it may, considering the fact that the trial is at the fag end, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present bail application.

The learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously.
