CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VALMIKI J. MEHTA

O R D E R

% 22.03.2017 1.

Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner was personally informed with respect to Advocate on record who filed this writ petition being designated as a Senior Advocate and hence for the petitioner to engage an Advocate on record.

Petitioner however has not done so and is not giving any instructions to even the earlier Advocate on record who has now been designated as Senior Advocate, namely Sh. Vinay Kumar Garg. 2.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
