Learned counsel for the judgment debtor has confirmed that the outstanding amount payable by the judgment debtor to the decree holder as on date is Rs.9,88,730/-.

Learned counsel for the judgment debtor undertakes, on instructions, that the said amount shall be paid on or before 15.12.2024. 3.

The said undertaking is taken on record. It is agreed that any disobedience/ violation of the said undertaking, shall be treated as an egregious contempt of the orders of this Court. 4.

Taking the aforesaid undertaking on record and on the basis thereof, the present petition stands disposed of.
