This petition has been filed for seeking anticipatory bail in FIR no. 138/2023 registered at PS Chitranjan Park Sections 380/467/468/471/120B IPC.

It was noted on the last occasion by the Court when granting interim protection from arrest, that she has a six-month son, and both petitioner and respondent are accused in the matter.

The allegation was on behalf of the complainant who is a senior citizen, that the couple (petitioner and husband) were both employed with her and misused the cheque books and drew money to the extent of Rs. 13,22,000/- by forging signatures. The husband of the petitioner is in judicial custody. 4.

Anticipatory bail is being sought by the petitioner since there is no one to take care of the six-month-old child who apparently needs medical attention as well.

APP states on instructions that she has joined the investigation as and when summoned.

In these circumstances, anticipatory bail is allowed. 7.

A request is made on behalf of counsel for petitioner that petitioner's child being unwell, sometime she may not be able to present herself due to the ongoing treatment. The IO may inform her one day in advance. 8.

In light of the above, the Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner is entitled to anticipatory bail. Consequently, in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25, 000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with evidence of the case. 9.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
