After arguments, both the appeals are disposed of as not pressed as per the consent of the parties.

Petitioners of both the cases namely Sh. Satish Kumar Arora and Sh. Subhash Chander are present in person and they confirm the withdrawal of their appeals.

It is however agreed between all the parties to the litigations that the criminal cases which are initiated against the petitioners against Sh. Satish Kumar Arora and Sh. Subhash Chander, being the children of Smt. Shanti Devi, by the legal heirs of Smt. Vidyawanti are not pressed and both the parties will take appropriate steps to bring to an end the criminal cases which are initiated against Sh. Satish Kumar Arora and Sh. Subhash Chander.

It is also agreed that withdrawal of these appeals is not in any manner a reflection of the entitlements of rights of the petitioners Sh. Satish Kumar Arora and Sh. Subhash chander to claim their shares in the properties of Sh. Bihari Lal as the sons of the sister of Sh. Bihari Lal, namely Smt. Shanti Devi, and who was admittedly alive on the death of Sh. Bihari Lal. It is stated that a partition suit is already pending disposal before the concerned civil Court.

Both the appeals are accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order and parties agree to be bound by the terms of the present order.
