This application has been filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.84/2021 dated 17.03.2021 under Sections 302/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act, 1959 registered at PS: Timarpur. Subsequently, Charge Sheet was filed under Sections 302/398/201/34 IPC and Section 27 Arms Act, 1959. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the Trial Court after the eye-witness i.e. PW-2 Preeti Saini is examined.
