As per Section 4 of Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act 2015 (Act 23 of 2015) which came into effect from 26.10.2015 vide notification No. F. No L-19015/04/2012 Jus dated 26.10.2015 and extracts of the minutes dated 20.10.2016, the execution petition is liable to be transferred before the concerned District Court. From the perusal of the memo of parties, it revealed that the address of the judgment debtor is situated at East of Kailash which falls within jurisdiction of South-East District, let the matter be sent before the Learned District & Session Judge (South-East District) Saket Court.
In view of these circumstances, let the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (South-East District) Saket Court.
Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (South-East District), Saket Court on 02.03.2017.
