The present application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking permission to withdraw the present Suit.

It is submitted in the application that the parties have settled their dispute and have executed and signed an MOU dated 06.01.2024 and therefore seek permission to withdraw the present Suit. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant endorses that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and has no objection to the withdrawal of the Suit.

In view of the submissions made, the Suit is permitted to be withdrawn.
