Learned counsel for petitioner submits that suit in question has already been withdrawn and, therefore, present petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous.

Learned counsel for respondent also confirms the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for petitioner. She also submits that respondent had file one Execution Petition and she would also not press the same and would withdraw such Execution Petition.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.

As undertaken, respondent shall also make requisite statement before the learned Executing Court regarding withdrawal of her Execution Petition so far it relates to installation of CCTV camera and providing of duplicate keys of the main door of the house.
