A perusal of the order sheets would bear out that no one has been appearing on behalf of the appellant since the matter has been listed in the Court, the earliest being on 29th July, 2022. Court notices were issued to the appellant as well as their Trademark Agent and order dated 10th January, 2024 notes that the registered Trademark Agent has been served on 16th November, 2023. However, no one appeared even on the subsequent date of 14th March, 2024.

Thus, it seems that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.
