Rizvi, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Quarter Allotment) Headquarter is present and submits that as per seniority and category available, quarter No.303 on 3rd floor, Type-III, PC Kondli Check Post, Delhi has been allotted to the petitioner instead of quarter no.1101 on 11th floor, Type-III, PC Kondli Check Post vide order dated 17.07.2019 which is not disputed by the petitioner who is present in person.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Permission is granted.
