The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 16.02.2024 passed by the learned National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as „NCDRC‟), in I.A.No.2147/2024 in Revision Petition No. 1255/2022 titled as "M/s Shalini Housing Promoters & Builders vs. Bhagwan Das and Anr.", whereby the learned NCDRC stayed the operation of the order of the State Commission (hereinafter referred to as "SCDRC") and District Commission subject to petitioner depositing the decretal The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of grant of stay the learned NCDRC has imposed a condition for deposit of 100% of the decretal amount.

After making some submissions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application as per law before the learned NCDRC within one week from today to make submission for reducing the amount to be deposited as well the time period within which it is to be deposited. 6.

Permission granted to withdraw with liberty as prayed for. 7.

Accordingly, the present petition along with the pending applications stands disposed of.
