When it was suggested to the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the writ petition raises disputed questions of facts which would require leading of evidence and that approaching a Writ Court would not be an appropriate remedy, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that he would withdrawn the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
