Ld. counsel for defendants submits that the suit property is situated at Uttam Nagar which falls under the jurisdiction of District West, Delhi and in fact plaintiff has filed another suit i.e CS(OS) No.230/2015 with regard to the same subject matter in South West District, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South West), Dwarka, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South West), Dwarka, Delhi on 07.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
