% 27.05.2024 Mr.Kapur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, Mr.Sushil Kumar, Manager, SBI, fairly conceded that the payment under Seciton 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 has already been made to the petitioner in terms of order dated 11th September, 2023. He also undertakes that the management shall make the payment for every month. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent he does not wish to press the present petition. The petition along with accompanying application is thus dismissed as not pressed.
