Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that impugned order dated 04.08.2021 was passed in five connected cases i.e. CC Nos. 81/2019, 123/2019, 124/2019, 125/2019 and 128/2019. The petitioner is further stated to have expired on 23.08.2023.

Mr.Ripudaman Bhardwaj, learned SPP for CBI submits that the death of the petitioner has been verified.

In view of the death of the petitioner, the proceedings against the petitioner stand abated. Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of. Interim orders passed on 15.09.2021 and 08.11.2021 stand vacated.

A copy of this order be forwarded to the learned trial court for information.
