% 03.02.2017 The petitioner seeks extension of interim bail granted to her by this Court vide order dated 06.01.2017 in Bail Application No.4/2017. The said interim bail had been granted in relation to FIR No.675/2015 registered at PS - Kalkaji under Section 304 IPC read with Section 23 of the Juvenile Justice Act, wherein the petitioner is the accused. The petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of four weeks on account of her 3-year old son suffering from Autism.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the child of the petitioner is admitted at Chawla Nursing Home, and in this respect a medical certificate dated 23.01.2017 issued by Dr. Preet Singh Chawla has been
placed on record.
Ms. Kolluru submits that the fact that the child is admitted to the Chawla Nursing Home has been verified on 31.01.2017. From the perusal of the certificate, it appears that the petitioner's child is still suffering and needs the petitioner, i.e. his mother by his side. In view of the aforesaid, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended by a further period of four weeks on the same terms & conditions on which the petitioner was earlier granted interim bail.
