O R D E R

% 12.04.2019 C.M. No. 17123/2019 By this application, the petitioner seeks release of the amount lying in the Fixed Deposit Receipt, which was created in terms of order dated 31.01.2017. The amount, in terms of our decision, has to be paid to the respondent since we have directed the petitioner to pay amount of Rs.1,73,256.19 along with interest @ 10% per annum w.e.f. 01.03.2009. We have also awarded costs of Rs.20,000/-.

We, therefore, direct that the amount lying in the Fixed Deposit along with accrued interest be released in favour of the respondent. The petitioner shall make payment of the balance amount payable in terms of our order, within four weeks positively.

The application stands disposed of.
