The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition stating that the parties have settled their disputes and the subject petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has already been withdrawn by the respondent.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
