CRL.M.C. 3950/2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner against order dated 20.04.2024 passed in CRL. REV. No. 72/2024 by learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, whereby order passed by learned Trial Court dismissing the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was upheld. After partly making the submissions, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the petition without prejudice to rights and contentions of the petitioner to be raised before learned Trial Court.
