The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"a. Quash the FIR No.475/2012, dated 07.12.2012 registered under section 363/174A of Indian Penal Code, at P.S. Krishna Nagar, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom pending before the court of Ms. Collete Rashmi Kujur, Ld.ASJ, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. b. Pass any other or further relief/ order(s), which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in view of facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without prejudice to the right and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
