The present Petition under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["A&C Act"] read with Order XXI Rules 10 and 11 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeks the enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 18.12.2024. 2.

The said Arbitral Award was also challenged by a Petition preferred by the Judgment Debtor under Section 34 of the A&C Act, which came to be dismissed vide Judgment 06.04.2026. 3.

Mr. Essenese Obhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Judgment Debtors, submits that in terms of the original agreement as between the parties, the Decree Holder herein was entitled to 2% of the equity shareholding, which would translate to 4000 shares.
