Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh revision petition before the learned Sessions Court in accordance with law, raising all the contentions.

In case the petitioner files the revision petition before the learned Sessions Court, the learned Sessions Court is requested to consider condoning the delay, if any, caused on account of the filing of this petition before this court.

Vide order dated 15.09.2022, the proceedings before the learned Trial Court were stayed qua the petitioner.

The interim order shall be valid only for 3 weeks till the petitioner files the petition before the learned Sessions Court, and the learned Sessions Court is requested to consider the same.
