4.
The FIR was registered on a complaint regarding theft of petroleum from Indian Oil Corporation pipeline. 5.
The learned Trial Court noted that the chargesheet has already been filed in the present case and accused persons have been in custody for a long period of time.
6.
On being pointedly asked, it is informed that all the accused persons had been in custody for almost a period of six months. 7.
It is not the case of the prosecution that the accused persons, who have been released on bail, have misused the liberty. 8.
This Court finds no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
9.
The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
