The petitioner seeks "dismissal" of the maintenance proceedings initiated by the respondent before the Family Court. Mainly, the challenge to those proceedings is on the ground of territorial jurisdiction. But no application in this regard was filed before the learned Family Court. Therefore, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the Family Court concerned.

Accordingly the petition and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
