The two plaintiffs viz. Neha Sachdeva and Nishit Sachdeva have instituted this suit against the three defendants viz. i) Garima Khanijo, ii) Subhashini Khanijo & Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for declaration that the mutation carried out by the defendant no.3 DDA in favour of the defendant no.1 Garima Khanijo of flat No.519 (SFS Category), Mandakini Enclave, Alaknanda, Kalkaji, New Delhi by order dated 1st May, 2015 is null and void being in contravention to Will dated 20th January, 2017 of deceased Vijay Pratap Khanijo.

The suit is listed subject to office objection as to valuation thereof for the purpose of court fees and jurisdiction and court fees paid thereon. CS(OS) 72/2018

After some hearing, the counsel for the plaintiffs withdraws the suit with liberty to take appropriate proceedings in law. 6.
